Online Gaming is extra. There will be a data charge of $45.00 for up to 2 GB (2 hours).
* A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking. Balance due upon delivery (late fee may apply).
* The Gaming RV reserves the right to postpone an event due to inclement/dangerous weather.
* For events in Toronto, GTA and surrounding areas.
* Premium may apply to statutory holiday bookings.
* Weekday stat/civic holiday will be priced at weekend rates (premium may apply).
* All prices are subject to HST.
Appropriate parking on location is the responsibility of the hosting customer. The Gaming RV will not be responsible for any infractions. Our vehicle is 35 feet long and requires approximately 12 feet in width. If your venue does not have parking, or if you are in a condo or apartment building, please advise. Rest assured, there is always an alternative that works.
